Our famous Baci cake consists of chocolate sponge layers, brushed with vanilla syrup and filled with two layers of chocolate mousse with a centre layer of roasted hazelnut whipped cream.
The cake is covered in smooth dark chocolate ganache with shaved, roasted almonds up the sides and adorned with whole roasted hazelnuts.
It’s like a Ferrero Rocher in cake form!
