Moist chocolate sponge filled with layers of chocolate mousse with a layer of pureed strawberries in the centre.


Citrus Delicious
Moist orange-syrup soaked vanilla sponge filled with layers of lemon curd & fresh cream.


Caramello
Moist chocolate sponge filled with two layers of chocolate mousse with a layer of chewy caramel in the centre.


Latte
Moist vanilla-coffee soaked sponge with one later of chocolate mousse & two layers of coffee cream.


Strawberry
Layers of moist vanilla sponge filled with two layers of pureed strawberries & fresh cream.


Vanilla Raspberry
Moist vanilla sponge filled with two layers of tart raspberry puree marbled through whipped white chocolate ganache


Dark Choc Mud Cake
A rich chocolate cake with layers of chocolate ganache. Also available in white mud.


Croquembouche Choc or Toffee Dipped
Gluten Free cream puffs filled with vanilla or chocolate custard cream. Dipped in chocolate or toffee. **Toffee will not last overnight and must be consumed on the day of order.
