Please note: Dark/bright colours such as black, red, royal blue, burgundy, navy are likely to stain clothing, skin, mouths and teeth. For these colours, fondant is our preferred covering (compared to buttercream) as the thin layer of fondant can be removed prior to eating.
A thin ribbon may be placed around the base of the cake to cover the join.
