Vanilla Raspberry is our most popular vanilla sponge flavour!
Vanilla sponge layers, brushed with vanilla sugar syrup and filled with layers of tart raspberry puree marbled through whipped white chocolate ganache.
Standard finish (pictured): combed buttercream with grated white chocolate around the base. Decorated on top with swirls of the marbled white chocolate and raspberry filling, and extra white chocolate shavings.
Serves well for plated dessert or smaller cocktail/coffee portions.
