Our strawberry and fresh cream cake is reminiscent of a traditional Victoria Sponge – but always Gluten free!
Our vanilla sponge is brushed with a strawberry syrup and filled with two layers of fresh cream and strawberry compote, covered in textured butter-cream with grated white chocolate half way up the sides and adorned with fresh strawberries.
