Our strawberry and fresh cream cake is reminiscent of a traditional Victoria Sponge – but always Gluten free!
Our vanilla sponge is brushed with a strawberry syrup and filled with layers of fresh cream and house-made strawberry compote, covered in textured buttercream with grated white chocolate and adorned with fresh strawberries (seasonal).
*Not recommended for smaller cocktail portions. Modified to ‘Vanilla Strawberry’ flavour for extended height and/or fondant covering where fresh cream is replaced with whipped white chocolate ganache
