Our customer favourite Baci flavour consists of chocolate sponge layers, brushed with vanilla sugar syrup and filled with two layers of chocolate mousse with a centre layer of roasted hazelnut cocoa nougat whipped cream.
Our standard Baci cake is covered in chocolate ganache with shaved, roasted almonds up the sides and adorned with whole roasted hazelnuts.
It’s like a Nutella or Ferrero Rocher in cake form!
