Need something simple, delicious and ready to serve? Introducing the Catering Slab: pre-sliced 10″ square (50 coffee serves) with 2 layers of cake and one layer of filling. Each cocktail/coffee portion has a garnish and the whole cake is wrapped in acetate to prevent drying out. $100 for the slab – that’s only $2 per serve!
